Social dialogue facilitation
Luxembourg part of global NGO. Facilitation of a social dialogue in a high conflict situation (strike threat). Installed and took part in a steering committee with representatives of management, workfloor, and union. Meetings over one year. Result: Reinstalment of mutual dialogue and confidence among all stakeholders. Strike threat cancelled. Steering committee active on an ongoing and autonomous base.
