Big 4 in Luxembourg. Assessment of potential of collaborators of a large market leading financial player. Providing advice and recommendation for individual evolution towards collaborators and management. Long term project.

Luxembourg part of global NGO. Facilitation of a social dialogue in a high conflict situation (strike threat). Installed and took part in a steering committee with representatives of management, workfloor, and union. Meetings over one year. Result: Reinstalment of mutual dialogue and confidence among all stakeholders. Strike threat cancelled. Steering committee active on an ongoing and autonomous base.
