Client: Association, national level, 100 FTE
Situation: Increase of members needed. Improvement of internal workflow and service quality required. Introduction of a structured commercial approach launched.
Assignment: Performance analysis of the Management Team (10 FTE). Face to face assessments with each member of the MT. Analysis and diagnosis of internal flows and communication. Advice for improvement of MT (N, N-1, N-2) on a personal level (coaching…). Development and implementation of new job classification system. Conclusions and advice to the CEO.
